"Location excellent. Friendly folks at front desk. Comfortable and spacious room (didn't spend too much time there). But what's up with a street lantern at the height of our 2nd floor window so the room was lit all night because of lack of proper (blackout) curtains? And what's up with the roll down curtain/screens that would leave us totally exposed during the day if rolled up so we left it down and couldn't look out either when we were there during the day? Really, the window treatment needs to...

"Up-to-date room, very clean. Staff was great. We had first floor room, I believe maybe handicap bathroom but that made it a huge shower. It also had like a small kitchenette, which was nice."

There is street parking but the garage is $65. That’s absurd. The property itself is very worth staying and within walking / cheap uber distance to a lot of dining options and activities. "Very comfortable option for home-like stay. Apartment was stocked with everything necessary and everything worked pretty well. Team worked to meet most requests made but could tell still working out some of the kinks of being a new place. Parking free on street parking and was abundant. Park for dog located across the street, along with pet groomers and day care."

"Overall the hotel was great, we had an oven, dishwasher, and washer/dryer in our unit. Room was clean. The only thing that was an issue for our trip was very limited parking. We had to scope out surrounding streets for a parking spot. And the area around the hotel was not great. If you are a light sleeper, this is probably not the hotel for you. It’s very noisy. Especially during the weekdays. But overall, we were satisfied with our stay. We’d stay here again if we were to come back to DC. "
