"WOW! What a lovely hotel! It has a maximalist decor which we loved. The carpeting, the wall portraits, the furniture, the lighting and expecially the hotel room doors and bathroom doors were a huge step above your average Marriot or Hitlon. We felt like royalty. Everything was clean and the beds were supremely comfortable. The staff was kind and approachable. We were able to check in early as our room was ready. The pool was incredible being FULLY heated - walk right in. What a treat it was to stay at the Brownwood Hotel. We'll be back!"
