I consulted and got a free massage. The massage was truly transformative. The hotel staff is wonderful! The food is great! The other guests were very friendly. There is a sense of community among the guests that's fostered by the hotel. I recommend!"

"I spent my last night in India at the Malabar House in Fort Kochi and it was quite the treat. I was upgraded to the Garden suite and the room was stunning from the fixtures to the artwork. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The food was fantastic! The hotel is ideally located just a block or two inland from the harbor and the fishing nets. Gorgeous property. "

"I booked this property because of "Neemrana" brand, expecting old world charm "experience" with every room being exquisitely designed. The room (Menezes) I was assigned was "OUTSIDE" the main hotel, literally almost at the road with traffic noise, with window not usable. There was no character to the room. The overall experience was like staying in a motel, not in a "Neemrana" branded hotel. I am very disappointed in Neemrana brand. "
