"Clean, quiet, comfortable. Breakfast was good. Only improvement I would suggest is more comfortable chairs in the dining area. Being short I cannot use high tables and chairs, which were the only chairs with backs. Low tables had only hard, wooden, backless stools ... dangerous to get up and down from for seniors!"

"There is nothing to complain about. Rooms were clean, parking lot was good size, staff was friendly and helpful. I may have been so tired after the Oaks that the bed was comfortable but the bed was one of the best beds I’ve slept on in Louisville. Noise from the roads is not bothersome. Great experience and will definitely keep on the list for future Derby weekends. "
