The bed was really hard and squeaked at the edge getting out. The pillow was almost nothing. Older carpet it seemed. However, our room was spacious as a regular room. Nice bathroom with rain shower. Check in and out was quick and they texted you with a concierge assigned to you. Nice touch!

We had a great time. Gordon Ramsay is nothing. I'd go back to. We but we wouldn't lose that much money either. We didn't. I'm sorry we didn't lose that much money

When I arrived, the hotel was not very clean. The Bed Sheets were torn, the curtains had stains, and leftover trash and food were underneath the bedside tables. The hotel staff wouldn't clean my room even after I had asked them to when I was gone for several hours. In the long hallway to the casino, cups of alcohol were on the benches or windowsills. Not a great time.

Paid for room with nature view and the windows were covered in plastic. Called front desk and they said sorry they don’t know which rooms were covered for painting. Didn’t seem to want to change our room.
