"The location was ideal in terms of getting to everything in chicago! Its at the junction of the 66 bus route (a 20 minute ride east to Navy Pier) and the Blue line (20 minute ride east to the loop/downtown/millennium park or 20 min ride west to some cool neighborhoods) The accomodations itself were adequate but lacking a little in terms of finishing touches (e.g. dusty window ledges, cover peeling off the sofa, flooring in need of repair near the sofa, dirty mattress cover on the fold out...

"We had a great stay. We weren’t able to check in when we thought we would and had to go straight to our event so we got a text message on how to get into the building. What you have available to you is just as described. Place was clean but definitely had some wear and tear. I had read reviews online and the had mentioned parking was hard so I was able to reserve a parking spot nearby through a parking app. City noise throughout the night but nothing jarring. Would stay again "

"It was right on the blue line, close enough that I could lug my heavy bags back and forth to O'Hare no problem. Close enough to the city center to make taxis or public transit a great option. Pretty quiet for the location, though there are no rugs or soft furnishings (so you will hear neighbors), and it is right next to a fire station. Still, pretty quiet! "Amazing view and the apartment space was perfect. There was some cabinets that were banged up pretty good and the garbage disposal/dishwasher were not working but it was such a beautiful place that it didn't even matter. The valet was super helpful as you have to walk around the block and with alot of luggage it wasn't easy. "

"Kasa was a pleasant surprise. Based on previous reviews, we understood that this was not a traditional hotel with amenities and had a virtual front desk but we did have an onsite person that did help us check in and store luggage. The apartment style room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed having the extra space to spread out and the full kitchen was so handy when storing food or leftovers. Also, when we didn’t get utensils with our to go orders- Kasa had us covered. It was a nice home...
