"Lots of history here. Lovely old hotel! With an old building come problems...like lack of outlets at the head of the bed, which in this age of needing to charge devices is a problem. And breathing machines! I use my phone for a clock at night and have it on the bedside table, but plugged in, which I could not do. "This was a last min emergency needing a hotel. The price was the fairest I saw online. The check in process was quick. It’s not a fancy, perfect hotel, but it was quiet. Great amenities, the room had a pretty big fridge and a microwave, bathroom was big although I did not end up using the shower. Room was comfortable temperature wise, however I would advise to bring your own blankets as what is provided is not very much. You’re not going to get a 5 star hotel for the low cost, but it is...

"Our room was beautiful and very clean. Loved the four poster bed, the white and blue toile wallpaper, and the numerous windows. The bedroom and bathroom were both a very good size. The continental breakfast offered a selection of coffees and a delicious assortment of breakfast breads, scones and bagels. The sitting room is very charming. Enjoyed our stay and will be returning. "This Inn is fabulous. All train themed. All the rooms are different but all the decor is tastefull and the owners have tried to keep everything as near to the original as possible.
