"Nearly could have made it to my best hotel stay yet. Beautiful hotel, a vibrant welcoming atmosphere. Friendly and helpful service at reception and in the sports bar. Less so at the gym. Room was spacious and comfortable temperature, nicely decorated. I was only able to use the gym due to restricted access for the times I was there but the gym was huge with a great variety of equipment. Food was delicious. Overall highly rate and recommend. Would stay again. "

"Rooms had a boutique feel..Quality fixtures and fittings and very clean.Comfy bed I was on second floor and there was no noise from bar below.Lady on check-in was very welcoming."

Superb professional and impressive receptionist lady Shalom, who went out of her way to provide help in the most gracious keen to help ways. A fabulous full breakfast was brought to my room. Great ensuite with large bath + shower. Very warm. Lovely bedding and towels. Moments from the beaches with level walks. Quite exceptional. I will most definitely be back. Soon hopefully."

"This is our third stay at this lovely Victorian hotel. It is ideal for us when visiting our daughter who lives close by. The hotel staff are very polite and friendly and the restaurant and bar serves top notch food and drinks. I am knocking off one star as our room was very cold on this particular stay. The bathroom was huge but had no source heating at all. The bedroom itself was also very large but with only one radiator which was fixed under a large single paned window behind a curtain, thus...
