"We loved our stay at the Charm boutique hotel, the breakfasts were great and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The maids did a great job servicing the room. As we had already booked the best room with balcony as VIP guests we could not have an upgrade because we had booked the best room, so they left a bottle of prosecco in the room for us. My only gripe was the weather was lovely and to access our balcony we had to climb in and out of the window, as 68 year olds this was an issue, and the hotel could do with changing the bay windows with doors as they are in their sister hotel the Seascape. Apart from this I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. "

"Beautiful location, great staff and accommodations, wonderful breakfast with lots of choices. Loved the green juice! Easy walk to nearby small village with a high end provisions store and a restaurant the Black Horse. If not driving good access to taxi services and limited uber."

"Check in was nice and smooth, straight to our room. I found the beds abit hard for me but the others liked them. Room on first floor but no lift so had to lug the bags up. Good breakfast and very clean hotel. Staff pleasant and happy "
