"Lovely, clean, comfortable apartment, perfect for a short stay in Brighton. Will definitely stay here again. Can’t recommend Regency Sq underground car park, however, as our car was broken into and trashed inside. We weren’t the only ones to suffer that experience either. "

"We have chosen the olace due its good location in Brighton - very close to train station (5 mins) and close to all the things you need (groceries,restaurants, etc). Easy to walk to the beach - just 15 minutes. It is self check in with key pick up approx. 5 minutes away, very convenient. If you are coming by car, there is also a parking space available, however, that is 12 mins walk and you need the keys to get in :) The apartment as such is spacious, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. "A perfectly situated flat in the heart of Brighton; well maintained, clean and comfortable. Our host was fabulously attentive and answered all our questions very quickly, and was extremely approachable. The flat is literally on the doorstep of shops restaurants bars and the beach! A great little getaway for a fabulous few days! The perfect find! We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and stress free."

"We had a lovely stay at Julie’s place. She was a great host, eg sorting out some toys for the kids. The place was as expected, a lovely compact two-bed flat with very nice furnishings etc. It’s a basement/ground floor flat so there is a bit of footfall noise from the place upstairs - no other noise but worth being aware of if that kind of thing bothers you. "

"This is a very unique venue at a very reasonable price. It’s only one part of the Church, so not just as big as you’d think from the outside pics but it covers two floors, the main bedroom (with the arch) is stunning and the other rooms a good size and also comfortable. This would be a great location for any group visiting the city. "

"This home away from home is perfect. I don’t even know where to start… the garden flat is in a quiet beautiful location just a very short easy bus ride from downtown. The hosts have gone above and beyond providing every amenity you need and many you never knew you did. There were many small thoughtful touches added. A welcoming vase of fresh roses, a package of biscuits beside the coffee just made us feel warm and welcome after a long journey. It was easy to contact the hosts when we needed too....
