"This home was very clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. Bedrooms were very spacious with enough room for pack-n-plays without feeling crowded. Easy walk to the beach and pool was great for infants/toddlers. Nice surprise was that below the house in the parking area was a bathroom and a storage room stocked with a beach wagon, umbrellas, beach chairs and many beach toys. Great communication with host. Highly recommend."

"Neighborhood was great for children. Other children met our group outside and played together in the culdesac each evening which really made my heart happy. We enjoyed that it was walking distance to FloraBama and its restaurants. Would be nice to be able to access the beach without having to go through the bar so you could bring a cooler. The house was a great size and full of space for the kids to play separately from the adults. My two big cons would be that you definitely can not fit four...

There is SOOO many beds and spots for others that we wish we would have brought more friends! The only thing to improve would be that there needs to be new electrical outlets installed as all of them will barely allow a plug to atay in them. "

This property is relatively new, very clean and organized. On the western edge of downtown Pensacola and very convenient. Great stay. Since we go to Pensacola often, we'll gladly stay again."
