"We made a last-minute reservation here after a canceled flight. The airport shuttle was free and easy to access. The front desk staff was extremely helpful as we were not at all prepared for our stay. The guest room was beautiful and had a gigantic TV and a comfortable king bed. Everything including restroom/shower were immaculately clean. The restaurant and bar were great. Pay in advance for the breakfast via your Expedia reservation, for good savings.There is a small business center with complimentary computer access (20-minute limit at this time). To be honest we were a little anxious about what to expect in the LaGuardia area, but it was all good. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the rooms are so spacious and generally clean; the breakfast was healthy and balanced. The room also had a fridge and microwave which I was pleasantly surprised about :-) Staff were very kind, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is a 3 min walk from the subway station so I used the subway during my whole trip. I also enjoyed making use of the gym on the 2nd floor which had variation of equipment. My only negatives were that the corners of the rooms had a little dust which the vacuum cleaner misses, the treadmill has a tear in it and the fact that this is a very rough neighbourhood with drug abuse/poverty etc. I travelled alone and was not afraid and it's important to note there are deprived and developing areas in EVERY city, however I would understand why another person would be apprehensive about walking around the local area"
