"Everything was great and the free shuttle to and from the casino was great."

"Unique view of Siuslaw and bridge. Room was spacious and clean with hot tub that worked good. Comfortable bed & with a large granite vanity & 2 sinks. Everything worked & Staff was genuine & helpful and personable. Great place to observe a winter storm. Right in the middle of old town Florence with lotsa good stores & restaurants. See you again soon! "

"Room was nice and clean. Pool should be open later. We got chased out of the pool area 10 minutes before it was set to close. The spa water and floor around the spa was very dirty. The water was cloudy and there was a scum ring around the top. Hair all over the ground around the spa. Also, it’s very small and outdated. The sauna was out of order. "

"This was a great stay. It is an older hotel with lots of charm. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There is a wonderful sheet that is given listing many of the local places to see, where they are and how to pronounce them. He also pointed us in the direction of an Elk viewing area where we did spot some elk. We really enjoyed our stay here."

"We arrived at the hotel and I realized I forget my silverware. The manager at the hall was so gracious he gave me a tupperware container full of everything I was going to need knives spoons forks butter knives can opener, you name it he gave it to us so very generous. The cabin was absolutely breathtaking it was beautiful comfortable cozy."
