"The new owners have really turned this place around, based on previous reviews. Everything I would care about was up to standard - the room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Check-in was a breeze; the desk clerk was very friendly & had some helpful recommendations. Having a pool & hot tub available & well-maintained was a bonus; so nice to have a hot soak available after a long day! I would definitely reserve a room here again when coming to Florence in the future."
