"A very nice "on the budget" option that is close to both the train stations and all the major attractions. The staff is nice and generally responsive. The only problem we had was related to the general condition of the property. While the room itself was clean, there was a terrible smell coming from the shower stall (which was masked initially by a huge amount of air freshener spray). When we informed the staff of this problem, they called a plumber, who said the said it was a major problem...

"The location is unbeatable - the view is as it shows in the pictures. Spectacular! The staff is super friendly & helpful. I stayed in room 1. It was clean but older, a small bathroom with great water pressure & temperature. I would return for sure."

"Really central location, very comfortable bed and spacious room. There was a big wardrobe and the mini fridge was really useful for keeping water cool. I read a review saying there wasn’t any soap or anywhere to hang your towels but we had soap and shower gel provided in the room as well as a hook for towels to dry. "

"We’ve just checked out after an excellent 3 night stay here and felt like I needed to review this hotel because the staff and the experience was so good! The staff were extremely attentive and were happy to assist with anything we needed, even offering advice on busses or to make dinner reservations for us. There is a lift to the rooms which is very handy when you have heavy luggage. We didn’t have the correct travel adapter for our phone chargers, no problem, the reception staff had spares...

"Great for families, my kids loved it. Bus to centro in front the property. Market in the property with everything you need, everybody from front desk were speaking English. Swimming pool, playground. We definitely will stay there again."
