"Our host was exceptional! Usually she was on the premise but if not was easy to contact with any questions. She came in early for our early check in! Had plenty of recommendations not only about San Gimignano but surrounding towns. She made us a reservation for New Year's Eve having to call several to get us a spot! The location was perfect as it was close to everything, especially the unloading area! Although a breakfast was not available we were able to get a discount at the recommended bar which was very close. We would say there again in a heartbeat! Thanks for a great stay."

"The setting for this property was magical. The house, located on a hill overlooking valleys with small family farms, met all our needs during our 8 night stay. We enjoyed breakfasts in the dining area and used the property as a base as we explored Tuscany, Pisa, Lucca and Florence. This was the perfect place for us. The views from the master bedroom and the pool area, including sunsets, were like nothing I have seen in my life. We could not believe we were staying in such a wonderful place. The washing machine was used several times as we prepared to move on to the next leg of our journey. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, and did I mention the views? Beautiful! "
