"Very nice and good sized but spare apartment. Odd stuff in some of the drawers and shelves could be cleaned out. Could also use some separate bins for sorting waste and written instructions about recycling, as are usually found in Italian rentals. Odd that there was no baking pan or sheet that could be used in the oven. Otherwise, a very good value and nice location in a relaxed part of the city with reasonable restaurants, shops, and a laundromat nearby."

Elizabetta was incredibly friendly and helpful during the check-in process. She provided many wonderful recommendations of where to visit and eat during my stay. "Wonderful location less then 10 min away from train station, grocery etc near all attraction. On a sad note, no elevator for this appartement. Over 50 stairs to climb. The apartment floor and bathrooms were not so clean. :-( beds were confortable. Washing machine very loud but convenient. "

"Yes. There are a lot of stairs. But the location is perfect. We had everything we needed in the apartment. (We bought additional Moka grounds and dishwasher pods.) Beds were firm and comfortable. Water was warm for showers. Washer AND dryer for clothes. Our only issue is that the container for salt and for sugar were next to each other in identical vessels - so we did a lot of tasting to make sure we were using the right one! "

"Great location near (5 min) the Duomo, restaurants, and cafes. Walking distance to the train station (15-20 depending on if you have luggage). 3 BR, but the small 3rd BR is down a narrow set of stairs and it’s significantly colder there than in the other parts of the apartment. We were only 4, so we didn’t use that room. Floor plan is exactly as pictured. Easy check-in, but it would have been nice if the heat was already turned on as we were contacted about the time of our arrival, so it would...

"Clean, comfortable, quiet, and such a lovely room with a balcony view that can’t be beat. The spa services were easy to schedule with the friendly staff (definitely get a massage while you’re there) and the location was perfect. We were a ten minute walk from the city center and felt both close to everything and far enough away that we could pretend to be locals. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to end our days in Tuscany. "

"I loved staying at this hotel! I had a girls trip and it was so hard finding a suitable room for 4 women. However, this hotel had just what we needed. The room was super clean and felt modern and beautiful! The location was also great and just a 5-16 min walk from many attractions and shopping. The only negative I can think of is that I wish the wifi was better, but other than that I would definitely use this hotel again. "

"The location is extremely convenient - close, but not too close, to the train station and walkable to a major sites in Florence. This was my second stay here and it lived up to expectations. The breakfast room has a fantastic view of the Duomo and the city - plus an excellent buffet with very good coffee. One nice, unusual amenity at the hotel is a complimentary minibar that is restocked daily. "
