"The apartment was lovely, in a good location. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. We walked everywhere but there are buses and taxis around. You can walk to the city centre to see the sites very easily. From the city centre we also got the train to Pisa for a day trip. While we were there we communicated with the rental agency via WhatsApp very easily. But I think the process of getting checked in before getting there could be improved. "This is a good place to stay, spacious and modern right next door to museum Academia and a five minute walk to the Duoma. The only negative is the rooms were very hot, at night was 26c. They finally admitted they close air conditioning in September so we only had ventilation. It was not fun trying to sleep even with windows open. They also have a giant jacuzzi for the shower.
