"I can’t imagine a better place to stay anywhere. This beautiful property was so welcoming and helpful. After the free parking, we were helped with our bags to our room which was large and fully equipped. We didn’t know at the time, but there’s a restaurant on the property And we were so tired from our traveling that we took advantage of eating there. Our dinner was phenomenal from the free extra treat in the beginning of the meal to the unique appetizers and dinners. It was a mouthwatering experience. They even gave us a free half bottle of wine which we had with dinner. If I was close by, I’d eat at this restaurant often. And if we come back to this area, we’ll definitely stay more than one night. In the morning we had the best breakfast I have ever had at a B&B or a hotel. The breakfast was covered with our room no extra charges. The breakfast came with a large amount of cakes and cookies and pastries. We could have eggs done anyway we’d like, Scrambled omelette whatever. We also had juices, coffee and tea. I can’t stop thinking about how good this breakfast was. You will not find a better place to stay anywhere in the area. I promise you."

"Centrally located. One hour from all the great Tuscan towns, absolutely beautiful apartment and grounds! This is our second time here and we have loved it both times! Hope to return again!"

"Il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in 20 min circa. Grande parcheggio auto. La stanza è pulita e ampia. Colazione a buffet ricca e variegata. "

"The people were so nice, like family. It is on the 6 floor of an office building and there are 5 steps to the elevator. It is above a Conad supermarket and a half block from the train station. Convenient to walk everywhere in town. The room was large. There was an outdoor patio, as an extension of the breakfast room, with spectacular views of the city. Great value."

"I had a wonderful time at the hotel. I arrived early and just expected to drop my bags, but they checked me in early and got me to the room. It was spacious, very much in style of the historic area, yet had lots of outlets for easy computer use and phone charging. It was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect--easy to get to from the train station and then to explore Arezzo and their wonderful museums and churches. A lovely time, and I will definitely stay here again when staying in Arezzo. Only negative--I couldn't figure out the rather complex shower! But it looks like it would be a great one."

"La Rustica is a large, quaint. comfortable villa, wirh a large fenced garden and an above ground pool ( not heated). It has many large rooms with antique decoration. Very characterfull.Comfortable beds with A/C in bed rooms. Lovely covered outdoor seating area where we spent most of our time. But the highlight was Maurizio!! What a gentleman. He made our holiday special and unforgetable. Thank you Maurizio"
