"Just passing through, needed a place to stay for the night. Hotel is very clean, staff were quick and efficient. Beds comfortable, pillows great. Had a good nights sleep, place was quiet. Indoor pool on site. Parking well lit. The only improvement that comes to mind is breakfast. It would be nice to have eggs, bacon, waffles available. Not a deal breaker though as everything else was exceptional. Would stay again."

"Air conditioner did not work. Immediately brought it to staffs attention and within 5 minutes they got me a so much more comfortable room. Thanks guys"

"Knob Hill is a beautiful, gracious home in a lovely neighborhood in Flint. Diana is a born host and a wonderful cook. She makes a delicious, generous hot breakfast each morning - for example, a cheese souffle, candied bacon, and a fresh baked muffin, with coffee and juice. She even provides complimentary wine and chocolates. The bed was comfy and everything was clean and well-appointed. This must surely be the nicest place to stay in Flint. "

"We had called the hotel before we got here to let them know we were coming a little late. Rachel at the front desk was very pleasant and said don’t worry. She asked a few questions to make our check in real easy when we got here. Our room was very clean and spacious. Looking forward to breakfast in the morning as Rachel said there was a waffle bar, eggs etc…. I would recommend this hotel"
