We had a great time, however, the parking situation is awful. There are way to many families not enough parking spots. Everything is very expensive, from food, to expeirences, games, gift shop items. The pool/waterslide area was extremely packed.

This hotel is pretty nice and TONS of fun for the kids (ours were aged 10 and 11). The current water slides (before the waterpark opened) were great and well ran by the lifeguarding staff. The arcade is massive (but expensive like all arcades) but the 1/2 price games from 8am to 9am was great and some of the games are free (like air hockey or pinball). The rooms are a little bit dated and during our 3 night stay, we actually had to call down to have the "daily" room service completed as we were missed on on the day. Did notice they didn't vaccum the room as I noticed the same crumbs day to day. The rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful! Answered any questions and accomodation we had! The resturants on site are a bit over priced for the dinner buffet meals provided but were convienent. The breakfast buffet was delishish and decently priced. Our family will definately return once the water park is opened. We originally booked this hotel based on it being open for Christmas but sadly it wasn't and was delayed but we still had a great time

Great place to "hang" with family of all ages. Lots to do without leaving the Inn property. Plenty of restaurants, although many serving the same food. It was expensive, as most things were in addition to room/resort fees.

Wonderful big shower head. Nice big shared balcony. The main restaurant (Oma's) sadly, was closed 1 night when we wanted a nice, quiet dinner. Short staffed. Nice quiet adult pool.
