Clerk was attending a customer on the phone for a long while, while I’m assuming it was the manager sat in the back room, came out and said she would be right with us, but never came out. "This is a nice hotel that is well maintained. Our stay was affected by a large contingent of young hockey players and their families that were in town for a weekend tournament. The kids were running wild with little supervision by their parents, well after 10:00 pm, and the breakfast area was a madhouse. This is the fault of inattentive parents, not the hotel staff.
