Poor direction signs to find rooms, signs small and poorly placed. We were placed at the very end of a long hallway and we were not warned that it was going to be that far away from the front desk. I have a bad back and it was very difficult to walk that far. When we tried to find the way back we lost! The place is a maze.

The process was smooth, the front desk was very friendly. I was however surprised by a rude guest. This guest saw that I was being checked but still proceeded to interrupt to get her question answered. The team member look at me strangely, responded to her but continued ti help me. This guest then again asks if she’s busy. It was obvious that I was being checked in. I was very caught off guard by this behavior. While I don’t hold the hotel accountable for this behavior it was quite jarring and disrespectful behavior by one of your entitled guests.

We went during the Holidays and The Kingsley was beautifully decorated, Christmas music was playing; very festive. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. Rooms extremely clean and smelled nice. Beds extremely comfortable - slept like a rock. My only thumbs down moment was the "selfie" kiosk and it appeared to be working, took some great photos but it then said it couldn't download.

This is a decent hotel in a good location. The rooms are tired. The parking lot is muddy and could be improved. The lobby bar is very nice and the two restaurants are excellent. I think they could do a refresh on the rooms for sure and the in room products like shampoo etc need an update. Towels too could be nicer. Decent hotel for the price.
