"Great Property the location is fantastic. Love the beach and pool areas. My only complaint was the room was right behind the loading area and the trucks were heard delivering all night and some kind of loud generator making noise all night. However the staff were all great . Great hotel overall this was our 2nd visit . "

"From check in to check out they did amazing. Welcoming drink just made you feel like vacation. The room and grounds are super clean. It seemed like someone was walking the pool area everytime I looked up. "

"We took my dad here for his 90th birthday. The trip was all about him and he loved the resort. We were able to borrow a wheelchair from the hotel, and the accessible room worked out perfectly. They also had a lift chair to get him in the pool, but we didn’t take advantage. The staff were very accommodating, and the resort is quiet but close enough to the riff raff on duval st. Highly recommend this resort!"

"There were a few problems figuring out how to work things, especially the tv. But the staff was very fast to respond. The phone didn't work at all, so I had to use my cell phone or walk over to the front desk. This was a time-share property, so no maid service. But washer/dryer was free and so were all the soaps."

"This was an amazing property. Wish we had stayed for more than a night and we're already planning a trip to Key West again just to stay here another time. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Parking deck is directly across the street. Beautiful pool. Near the water (cruise port), a 5 minute walk to Duval Street, and the Truman Little White House was basically next door. Genuinely cannot say enough good things about this hotel."
