"My family and I had a blast. It was beautiful. Did not need to travel far for some great food. Will definitely be back. Staff were so friendly, pool closed at 8:30p every night, that was the only disappointment, due to lighting or something. Overall great place! "

"Traveling from Virginia to destin Florida. Place was a great pit stop in between road trip for some rest. I would definitely recommend "

Living Rm: 65” TV, lamps, 2 stools, large chair & wicker box of board games

"The home was a comfortable stay. Me and my family enjoy the 2 nights there to enjoy my mother’s birthday. There was an electrical issue which caused a later checkin. But the owner was nice enough to treat me and family out for lunch to entire l enjoy while they fixed the problem. The only thing that were a problem was roaches in the kitchen area. We had to kill roaches during the time of stay. I’ll rate the stay a 7/10"

"I was escaping a hurricane and got all the way to Jacksonville and after midnight which means you can’t reserve anything else same day and the just emails and says sorry it’s over booked and basically no remorse so my family of 5 and one service dog had to be homeless for a couple days while we waited out the storm. Pathetic of a host and poor communication. "

"It was just as listed, clean and convenient to all kinda of places to eat. "

"The property was very clean and nicely kept. It was very close to the University, perfect for visiting our student! The pool and hot tub were very clean too. We very much enjoyed our stay and will look for this property to available in the future. "

"This home is beautiful, it has plenty of living space, two living room areas a large kitchen and plenty of space for dining! The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of room for our large party to stay. There are a ton of toys to keep the kids busy which was a plus! The kitchen is stocked with all cooking ware you need and the bathrooms are all stocked nicely. The host is great with communication and super nice! We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay again when we come back to...

"We have never been on a houseboat before and was really looking forward to our 3 night stay. The houseboat is really nice with all amenities. The lay out is a bit funky. Bedroom is upstairs with an outside entrance. Couch downstairs is second bed, didn’t sleep on it so don’t know how comfy that would be. We lost all water, through no fault of the owners and only got to stay one night. Owners graciously refunded 2 nights money. I would book again, very close to family. "
