"I was escaping a hurricane and got all the way to Jacksonville and after midnight which means you can’t reserve anything else same day and the just emails and says sorry it’s over booked and basically no remorse so my family of 5 and one service dog had to be homeless for a couple days while we waited out the storm. "A bio hazard of a bed with unreasonable property owners. The bed had been urinated on in the past. To cover the smell the owners used large air fresheners. I did not smell it until after sleeping a few hrs. By that time it was 0400. By this time it was too late. The owners were not responding to my messages. "
