"Dartmouth is a beautiful old home, gorgeously decorated and yet very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, great bathtub and comfortable bed. The breakfast was outstanding, as was the service and staff."

"Property is showing its age and owners could do better keeping everything in good repair. However I felt I got a good value for the price I paid. Managers could do much better job making sure breakfast items are fresh. Started out good, but by my 5th night, waffle batter was decrepit and useless. Please change out batter after an appropriate time period; don't wait until it is used up, which is way too long!! Same with hard boiled eggs and breakfast cereal. Please leave shells on eggs. "A great hotel that's a diamond in the rough! Clean, quiet, safe and very friendly staff. The only thing was some loud kids on the floor above that was stomping on the thin floors but that is no fault of the hotel. A great stay and you've definitely earned a repeat customer!"
