"GLK Acropol staff was very kind and helpful throughout our stay in Istanbul, especially Mustafa and Emre. Hussein at reception was helpful in arranging the Bosphorus Cruise for us as well as transfer back to IST on our departure day. Although the hotel is a bit old, the management has kept it well maintained. If you happen to have a room that faces north like we did, you will hear sirens from emergency vehicles quite often, however Istanbul is a very large busy city, and most hotels that you stay at would be similar.
