"Excellent value for a few steps from the beach. Ample parking. Room & bathroom very clean. Overall the entire hotel was clean. King bed very comfortable & room had its own thermostat. Pool is outside which is fine. Wi-Fi a little spotty but works fine. Breakfast isn’t huge but works. Can’t beat the cleanliness & location at the price point. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a great time staying here. The parking was easy and this place is so convenient to be able to walk anywhere downtown. The staff were very helpful and always friendly. If you stay on the “north” side of the property, the bands that play next door at the Green Turtle can get a bit loud (till 11:00-12:00 pm) but we toughed it out and made the best of the situation and joined in the crowd one of our nights. Great time and would definitely stay again! Thanks"

" We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, which is within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and an ice cream shop. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The breakfast offered a nice variety and was quite delicious. Although some amenities could use an update, the overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel! "

"We loved being able to walk to restaurants and shopping areas, as well as the harbor. It was the perfect location for all of the New Years Eve festivities. The hotel offered some fun extras like a hot chocolate bar in the lobby. We had a great stay!"

"Very nice stay and everyone was super friendly. This is a great resort, especially for families. Only negative was the pizza we ordered—truly awful pizza. Avoid that. LOL Can highly recommend the Ritz/Amelia! "
