"Nice hotel in a great location, steps from the beach and city park. Walk to restaurants and bars, and literally next door to a state park with hiking and biking trails. Downtown a short drive or bike ride away. Rooms clean and comfortable with fridge and microwave. Breakfast was adequate with the standard fare. Parking $12 a night because I’m sure beachgoers would park there if the city lots filled up. "

"Beautiful hotel with amazing ocean views. They had a bottle of wine and candy waiting for us in our ocean view suite. Bathrrom was nicely updated with a walk in shower and there was a Kuerig coffee maker, small fridge and microwave in the area where there was a loveseat and writing desk along with a TV. Another TV was in the bedroom as well (queen size bed). Only issue in the suite was the blinds needed replaced as they had broken and hanging slats, but we pulled them all the way up to enjoy the ocean views so we didn't have to look at them. Breakfast was nice with lots of hot options if you didn't want cereal or bagels. Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a great area close to historic downtown Fernandina although too far to walk. We would definitely stay there again."

"Lovely facility with friendly staff & amazing amenities!! The free daily breakfast is like a 5 star restaurant! Everything you could possibly want! Beautiful Lobby, great room, patio with evening firepit, pool, hot tub, courtesy van, walking trail, 2 blocks to beach & Large nicely furnished units with great linens & kitchens!! I would Highly recommend staying there ( we stayed 2 weeks) There are so many things to see & do on Amelia Island…shopping, restaurants, historic places & Clean Beaches!!! "
