"This has to be one of the best VRBO properties where we have ever stayed. They had everything we needed to cook a bit, lots of beach towels and the ocean is right there! We also took advantage of the pool. We were on a girls' trip and really enjoyed our first time on Amelia Island."

"Great staff, and each unit is owned by different people, but that said- unit 326 has peeling wallpaper, the toilet didn't work when we arrived, lights had burned out bulbs and the screen door was off the track and blew over on My mom's back. But the people were great and quick to remedy the issues they could. But the DVD still worked intermittently and the master bedroom had spots that were primed but not painted yet. Not so cozy."
