"This was our 4th year staying at Pelican Landing. It’s a lovely house in a great area. We love American Beach. It’s a quiet area and the house is right on the beach. There is a Harris Teeter just down the street along with several fine dining restaurants. Eloise, the property manager and her team are amazing and provide excellent service. "

"Lovely facility with friendly staff & amazing amenities!! The free daily breakfast is like a 5 star restaurant! Everything you could possibly want! Beautiful Lobby, great room, patio with evening firepit, pool, hot tub, courtesy van, walking trail, 2 blocks to beach & Large nicely furnished units with great linens & kitchens!! I would Highly recommend staying there ( we stayed 2 weeks) There are so many things to see & do on Amelia Island…shopping, restaurants, historic places & Clean...

"Right next to a bar with patio outside and inside dining with decent food and decent band on weekend. Right on the beach. The bar is hopping and friendly staff. Our room was a 1 queen bed and pet friendly. The room was very small. They have other options. I would with a king next time. A bit more spacious living area would go with king room next time. l"

"Beautiful ocean view. Very comfortable and clean. Owner is very responsive to all questions and concerns. We would rebook. "

"Great staff, and each unit is owned by different people, but that said- unit 326 has peeling wallpaper, the toilet didn't work when we arrived, lights had burned out bulbs and the screen door was off the track and blew over on My mom's back. But the people were great and quick to remedy the issues they could. But the DVD still worked intermittently and the master bedroom had spots that were primed but not painted yet. Not so cozy."
