"No idea what this hotel is like. They moved me to another property, only telling me at the last minute. I was actually en route to the place. They sent me a new address claiming it was "2 miles along the road". The hotel I ended up in was a best western in Newcastle, which is about 20 miles from the chilton. It is however 2 miles from another oyo whoch I assume I had been moved to without telling me. This was the first time I had used an OYO. I won't be rushingtouse them again. They are...

"Although basic was warm and comfy there was hairs all over the bathroom and bed from previous person sockets were in odd place and roller blind didn’t work didn’t spoil my stay though I found it pleasant enough easy check in was taken to room explained codes previous reviews said noisy doors slamming ect traffic noise I didn’t experience any of this found it easy to sleep and quiet great location and easy to find "
