"Excellent venue with lots of parking. Very clean and spacious. This was a last minute booking and communication was poor. You don't get access instructions until you pay a waiver that costs either an additional £10 or £25 depending on what you choose. And then you have to chase to get it back. Sounds a bit of a con to me but I had no choice. Overall though the property was excellent, just let down by a poor letting agent in my opinion."

"The lodge was perfect. Spotlessly clean and pretty and everything you could need. However what made our holiday absolutely perfect was the garden the lodge is set in. Stunningly beautiful, magical grounds that you could see from all sides of the lodge. With a folly perfect for an outdoor fire and BBQ. Central to all of the North East and Durham attractions. I have been twice now and can’t wait to go again. Magical!"

"Very enjoyable stay at this property. The house is lovely! Great space in the garden for the kids to play. We set up a badminton net and they used in daily. Good woods at the back of the property to walk and explore too! Perfect if you're wanting to head into Newcastle city centre and many of the local beaches. "Absolutely superb from initial booking to leaving(didnt want to leave).Lynne is a great host nothing was to much absolutely recommend this property, everything was spot on.Nice welcome basket,Durham 15 mins away,great shopping centre 10 mins away, couple of pubs(never used)working mens club(very friendly)Would not hesitate to use Lynnes property again."

"Nice and comfortable place with everything you need, convenient stores 5 mins walk, there are bus stops, but I think is convenient to have a car and there is a great driveway next to the house and the beds are clean & comfortable. The only downside for me it’s not pet friendly anymore, she had a bad experience in the past with other guests and asked as soon as I arrived if my small dog would be kept in a crate during my stay. "Flat was spacious, but dated, and is located in an undesirable area. Cleanliness was generally okay but decor etc could do with upgrading and flat may benefit from being aired regularly. We got the impression that it had been a while since the windows had been opened."
