"Lovely stay at the Crowne plaza Leeds. Patrice on reception is a real asset to the team she is so friendly and helped us with an issue we had with the heating. She checked on us the next morning to make sure it was all ok. She gave us a smile and a wave every time we came past she really made our stay. The breakfast was really excellent the best we have had in a while. The pool is really nice & we will be coming again. "

"Such a lovely room with a very comfortable bed. Everything we could want was available and definitely worth the money. Only issue was we were on the 7th floor and so the room did get too warm to comfortably sleep in, even in January, however this is common in mosy hotels so wouldn't put is off at all. We will definitely be back!"

"Beautiful listed building in the heart of Leeds. 2 min walk from the train station and 15 min into the central shopping area. We have stayed several times in this hotel and it never disappoints. Highly recommend!"
