"The house was perfect for my daughter and I, and would have been great too had we brought the whole family. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything in the SLC. The hosts were great amd easy to work with. Definitely recommend!"

"We went to tour the University of Utah and also wanted to get to know SLC and the home was well situated for both. The first day, we walked in to the city center and had lunch and did some shopping. The rest of the time we drove but it was pretty well located for our needs. The home itself is well decorated and just really nice to spend time in.If you stay in this house and need your morning coffee, be sure to stop on your way to pick up coffee and cream. "Dustin was communicative through the entire process and timely in response. This home on the inside was amazing. Brand new updated everything. Finding a fan in the closet to plug in my room for white noise was a treasure. There were many extras that made the property stand out from many other rentals I have used. A foosball table, games, a Keurig machine, white vinegar, water dispenser in fridge and even a darling popcorn serving bowl set. Was a great weekend!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It truly is a “perfectly located bungalow”. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. Groceries are within 5 minutes. Great city attractions are close by. We enjoyed the Hogle Zoo and Tracey Aviary this trip. There is a great dog park close by and the neighborhood was great for walking our dogs. This location will definitely be my first choice the next time we stay in SLC. "

"We enjoyed our stay! We used the hot tub and the grill. The beds were very comfortable and downstairs fireplace was cozy. Plenty of room for five adults. Grocery store is close. The nearby Mine Shaft was so fun and we hada good steak dinner. "

"Highlights: Beds are super comfy, sheets are soft, water pressure is great, shower head is nice and high, so if you’re tall, you don’t have to bend over to wash your hair. I would stay here again. "

"Property was fantastic! Just what we needed as we toured Salt Lake area before heading to Southern Utah. Tate was fabulous to work with and making checkin and checkout easy. The best part we’re the beds, so comfortable ! Kitchen well appointed and the entire place was immaculate. We highly recommend this home to a family looking for a great vacation landing spot!!! "

"It's an absolute package. The hot tub was just right for the end of a three day road trip to get to SLC. They koi pond and the yoga hut made us feel like we were in a fairytale. The house was absolutely lovely.Advice for future residents, the controls on a couple of the devices were a little different from what we were used to, be patient, they work and the whole place is lovely. Salt Lake City is a great town with the worlds most polite drivers.Absolutely recommend!!!!"

"My sister and our daughters stayed here for a girls weekend. There are so many fun rooms and spaces in this home. Very kid and dog friendly. The home is a beautiful home in a strange location, but it didn't bother us. It is also next to a dog boarding business, but the owners took precautions to try and minimize any noise, which we appreciated. We didn't use the precautions as we love dogs, and occasional barking doesn't bother us. "

"We had more then plenty of room for the 4 adults in our group. There are plenty of outdoor spaces to hang out it, and we absolutely loved the roof top area. Plus the bonus of having our own garage was great. The main living area was very relaxing to hang out in. The host provided great detail on finding and accessing the location. We also found that we had access to all the amenities we would need for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Ryan!"
