This hotel is in an excellent location - close to Delta Centre and downtown. Room was great, staff was very friendly and helpful, restaurant was excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Those are the two things I always care most about. It has a great location central to downtown SLC which was awesome. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Things weren’t as clean as they should’ve been; hair in the drain, on blankets, piece of gum in a wrapper on the wardrobe. Hot water was intermittent. The fan didn’t always work in the bathroom. Overall okay, but you expect better for the price you pay and the name.

I am only rating it low because we had a safety issue. We were sitting in our room, with the latch on and someone used a key to open the door and she was saying that was her room, but it wasn’t. The fact that this other person opened our door, and the only reason she wasn’t able to get in was because the safety latch was on. So we did call the front desk and she put us in a different room, but it was still a little scary and we had to make sure no one was in the room each time we got back.
