"This a a clean large place. I stayed alone the first night and my husband and kids joined me for the 2nd night. Communication was clear—check in was easy. "Unit was just as described. Kitchen was very well stocked and bed was very comfy. Enjoyed the vibrant colors in the decorations and the well written guest book with suggestions.As mentioned the stairs are very steep and would not be safe for the elderly, there is a sturdy handrail. Parking was very easy and sitting on the porch was enjoyable and quiet. Very convenient for university of Utah visits, and will book again "
