"I need a kitchen when I travel for work. I booked here and when traveling in, I mentioned I would be coming in late when it is dark. That I needed clear access information. There is an actual You Tube video created by the owner of this property to be able to get in because it is complex. Not only is it complex, it is unsafe and unsanitary. But I didn't receive this You Tube video and had no idea how to get in at 9pm at night. It was cold and windy. Homeless people are walking all over because...
