The building is in a great location near grocery stores and restaurants and pretty close to the U. The building is great and the secured parking is a definite plus given the current state of the homeless situation in SLC. "We really enjoyed many aspects of this property! The location is ideal downtown- we were able to walk to restaurants, stores and the Delta Center. Robert and Stephanie were great to work with. The loft was clean, with a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The washer and dryer were really nice to have as we were on a ski trip and neededto do laundry. Our rental did not match the pictures in the listing- but had all amenities listed and was very clean and comfortable. "

"My husband and I enjoyed a quick weekend away, and we had a great time. The property was very clean, and the bed and sheets were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful stay. Communication with the host was good, though the check-in process was a bit complicated — there were quite a few emails to keep track of, and some links weren’t active.
