"There are metal steps up to the apartment.The property description did not include that the only way to the apartment was to use these stairs. I could not get my dog up the stairs without tearing her feet. When I arrived I immediately notified the owner that I could not stay there. When I asked for a full refund, He did not give me one. I have sent several other messages about why I deserve a full refund. He has ignored these messages. I will not use this host again."

The listing was a little confusing as it said 2 bedrooms (accurate) but showed pictures of 2 bedrooms and then an extra bedroom of additional twin beds. Just unclear.
