"It is a lovely, secluded property that could accommodate us all. It was well-appointed, including everything one might need. Check in and check out were easy, and the host responds quickly. I specifically looked for a property with a pool and this is listed with a pool--it actually has a small cool/cold spring-fed "hole" (maybe 7'x7')--if you go in, I recommend shoes, the silt is a little unnerving. "

"I and some friends play in an annual soccer tournament in Asheville (have done so for about a decade now), and, as we're getting older, we always look for a place that we can relax and rest our old bones in between games. This house was perfect for us. Loads of room, extremely comfortable, and (best of all) quiet and peaceful. We were just minutes from Asheville itself, but it felt like we were in another world. The hot tub was a huge plus too! I would highly recommend this home for anyone...

"Hurricane Helene arrived Asheville soon after we checked in. The home is beautiful and in a good location. Unfortunately, without electricity or running water, it was unusable during our visit. After a day of helping to clear the road from downed trees and debris, we found a way out. We received a full refund, which we all appreciate. Thank you. "We thoroughly enjoyed a 3-night stay at Grand Eagle, gathering with old friends to reconnect and relax. Everything was as promised - the house was super-clean, well-appointed, comfortable, fun and in a gorgeous setting, with LOTS of room to roam both inside and out. Complete privacy and quiet. We're lucky to live just an hour away, so our focus was on simply hanging out - eating, talking and enjoying good wine in front of the fireplaces, playing pool and the other arcade games for exercise, LOL....
