"Nice and clean. Served our purpose of somewhere to sleep while we visited New York for a couple days. The bed was comfortable. We were in the basement room so there was a little bit of noise above us but no more than would be expected. A little store across the street for snacks. Nice big tv to relax and watch while we were winding down to go to sleep. Overall a good experience "

"This place is a scam and no good for families. The pictures do not reflect the condition. Furniture is broken, no utensils and not clean. Do not book this place and run away from it. Had to re-book on another hotel the same night. "

"We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events."
