"Short Stories is a cute renovated motel. We stayed in a Jr King Suite- but the room was an average hotel room size. The beds are great and it’s got a nice shower. Quality of towels were pretty poor- like gym towels, thin scratchy and small. The front desk staff was pretty apathetic. The bartender and waiters were friendly and attentive. Nice location across the street from the Grove and The farmers market. We rented a car an in and out with the valet was quick and convenient."

"Arrived and was welcomed. Great service. Easy check in and check out. Room was clean and modern. Just a little noise from outside and main building door. Still great place for the money. Would definitely come back. "

"Overal hotel was clean and quite very affordable. One thing I disliked was the parking. It is horrible. It’s very narrow. The lady at the counter is very nice and respectful. "

"Very basic as expected. Location I needed. Price good. Just a place to sleep. Nice, knowledgeable woman at check in at 11 pm! Comfortable bed. Quiet. But noisy bathroom fan, broken light fixture and slightly musty smelling. "
