"Very convenient to the train station and many restaurants and pubs to eat at nearby. Our room was bigger than expected and very clean. The only downside was one of the elevators was broken when we were there so we had to wait almost 10 minutes in the morning to get one. Otherwise our stay was great and would stay here again. "

"Property - Unfortunately pictures make it look better than actually is, very very noisy and not the most welcoming of entrances. Tv didn’t work properly Money - paid fee upfront on the app then had to pay £300 deposit on arrival, (supposedly refundable) However £111 cleaning fee deducted!!!!! I was in there a few hours, slept didn’t use anything other than bed and bathroom. Will never use again and am very disappointed that hotels.com lists this property.
