"Amazing stay and location, hotel is very clean but rooms are on the small size, the only thing that let the hotel down was the breakfast staff, 3 of them but didn’t offer any service at all, I asked for some sweetener of which the waitress abruptly said we don’t have any, but they have them in the rooms so clearly she just couldn’t be bothered! Up your game! "

"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The lobby was a bit austere, but it was clean and the staff at the front desk was polite. The only real issue I had was the non-functioning heat. When I checked in, my room was 15 degrees. I ran the heat for an hour or two and never went up. I called down to the front desk and their solution was to bring up a space heater.
