"Beautiful facility, great location for tourism in Taxsim area, great ground floor cafe and rooftop restaurant amenities. For me the hours of free Steam & Sauna 09:00-22:00 were the same hours I was out of the hotel as a tourist exploring so I cannot rate them. Extending steam and sauna hours to before breakfast (07:00-23:59) and after dinner would have been beneficial for my schedule and a great way to start and end the day."

"Staycation with my little toddler. Staff were very helpful with assisting me, from carrying my bags to pushing my stroller! Got upgraded to a room with a bath for my toddler also. Room was perfect. Room service was delicious. The swimming pool was great, she enjoyed the kids pool very much!"
