Very clean and staff very nice but the building made a noise in the roof that were impossible to sleep and other customers that we met in the elevator told us that the noise has been there for the past 6 days. If you need something cheap and close to airport and clean yes this is great but be ready to hear very loud noises all day long

Our room’s toilet seat cover would stay open. We were offered a different room but that was the same. You could not use the toilet unless you stuffed the bottom of the lid with paper until it would stay open. My daughter’s room had traces of poop smeared in the floor.

The three young people who were attending the reception area and assisted me to my room, were really congenial and hospitable. Zaynep, Mustafa and Gabriel took special time and care for me, because I am a 75 year old woman who walks with a cane. After my two day stay in Istanbul, I flew to Montreal and stayed at a Wyndham hotel. The staff was not kind to me at all!

The pictures look nice but reality is very different. Towels, bedding all of below grade quality. The toilet seat would not stay up. The icing on the cake is the room we were given was colder that the hallway inside the hotel. Front desk clerks said they will fix it and ended up giving us a room with the heater that worked. U get what you pay for I guess. Should have paid a little more and stayed in a decent place
