"Always wanted to try staying here, finally got a chance to and it was a pretty good experience. Room was actually relatively a good size to accommodate two luggages! Clean and also comfortable i would say. Especially being in the heart of myeong dong, it was really convenient too! Staff was also attentive and helpful when i needed help with my luggage. Really appreciate the help! "

"I like the location, the staff, the cleanest of the hotel but i cant stand the wet bathroom. This is the first time i stay in the wet bathroom facility. It is very uncomfortable when you take a shower then need to clean the toilets so you can use it. Also the toilets top is unstable. It is keep swinging so we cant pup comfortable. If i know this facility has a wet bathroom i would not book it. "

"Very good location that you can walk to MingDong about anywhere. The location is #1. Hotel, don't have too much expectation of the facility. It's an old hotel, if you are looking for a fancy/new/clean one, then move on. If you are looking for a not expensive and very convenient one, then that is it."

"The location of this hotel was really nice, downstairs was very close to the heart of Myongdong wish shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. The staff during the whole process was not particularly friendly but they were great at communication via app which was nice. I like that the whole room was spacious but there is not a comfortable place to sit, there is only one chair facing the TV and the other seats are wooden hard chars around the table so it felt awkward at times. We had booked this place after the recommendation of a friend who had stayed here last year and would easily recommend it to new any returning travelers. "Lovely time. Excellent staff, very friendly, and SUPERB location. We stayed in March and the room was a bit chillybat night, even with the provided space heater, so we needed extra blankets. The mattresses were VERY thin and felt as though you were sleeping on the floor. Quite uncomfortable and could not sleep well due to the pain and inability to get comfy. "Loved how close we were to everything! Location is very ideal we found! Room size was not bad at all compared to other places! Room could use a good cleaning there was a lot of dirt and dust everywhere even found some on the corner of our bed when we checked in, bathroom had some mould and there are no elevators so had to carry all our luggage up and down the stairs. I think with some renovations this place would be excellent! Would comeback for the location 😊"

"Almost everything about this hotel was excellent EXCEPT for parking (self-parking). The parking space was not sufficient and it was at times difficult to find a spot. Otherwise, you must pay about $20-25 for valet parking"

"Had the loveliest time here! Where to start? From the central location (walkable to most main places in central Seoul, incl. sights, Jongno and Myeong-dong areas for shopping, dining etc.) to the rooms which were impeccably clean, modern and cared for. It is also incredibly convenient to have a 7/11 and a coffeeshop in the ground floor. Furthermore, the Airport Bus stop is right across the street, making it incredibly practical. Finally, the staff was friendly and attentive, able to accommodate my early check in request. If I come back, I am certainly coming back to LOTTE City Hotel Myeongdong, no need to look elsewhere. "

"Convenient bus and dining facilities are complemented by exceptionally helpful staff who readily provide directions and dining recommendations. Nice hotel, beautiful and clean rooms, maybe just need microwave in the room esp during the cold season so we can heat our coffee or food."

"Overall this hotel is great. Clean and easy to find. Located at Meyongdong which is close to lots of shopping areas. I would like to specially thank Luna and Rachael at reception. They are great staff whom you can reach out for questions, very nice and professional. Will definitely come back to the hotel next time when I visit Seoul."

"We had a great stay here. The metro station was just steps from our hotel. The staff was always willing to help. We had a minor issue in our room and they were there within minutes to get things resolved. We loved our stay and would visit again without hesitation. Wonderful bedding, shower and accommodations. The restaurant was very good with great views of the city."
