"The location of this hotel was really nice, downstairs was very close to the heart of Myongdong wish shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. The staff during the whole process was not particularly friendly but they were great at communication via app which was nice. I like that the whole room was spacious but there is not a comfortable place to sit, there is only one chair facing the TV and the other seats are wooden hard chars around the table so it felt awkward at times. "The price is reasonable and room space is quite big compared to other similar hotel tier. Downside is the provided towel is musty after several uses. The provided towel is available to collect at 2nd floor but it was run out most of the time during my stay so I have to use the musty towel for many days."
