"We booked 3 rooms in the Sura Hagia Sophia Hotel (Istanbul) based on a family review; and needless to say, we were not disappointed with our stay there too. We had a really warm welcome when we first got there, and the staff were friendly, helpful and professional in every aspect all the way to the end of our stay, We would also like to extend our many thanks to the following staff who made our trip exceptional: Mohammed Reza (Captain), Daminda Arachchi (Waiter), Muhammet Yusuf (Bellboy), Ali Yilmaz (Bellboy) and Dolphine (Room service staff). 10/10 for the stay and experience and we will definitely be passing on our personal recommendations to our family."

"Came here for a work retreat and extended my stay. Beautiful location with so many shopping centers and food places all near the hotel. 20 min walk from the gilata tower with more places to shop. Hotel room was so beautiful and luxurious too. Booked 2 extra days and did not know that I chose standard room and the front desk was so generous to keep me in the same deluxe city view room for no additional charge. Simply phenomenal. Would highly suggest to stay here if you are looking for all in one package. Thank you once again Marmara Taksim. "

"Really good optin in the heart of Taksim, the room is comfy, and it looks like a boutique hotel. The property is spreadout in three different houses, all close to each other. Staff is attentious and courteous and the room decor have special touches. Really pleasant stay."
