"Just returned from our first stay at a beautiful VRBO property with a view that could make even the most seasoned traveler stop in their tracks! From sunrise to sunset, it was like living in a painting – one we almost didn't want to leave. An added bonus was the breathtaking view of the beach right behind the building, with easy access that made it feel like paradise was just steps away.Not to mention, the host was on top of her game with communication! Quick responses, thoughtful details, and made us feel like we were checking in with an old friend, not just a rental. 10/10 would recommend if you're looking for both a stunning view and a host who knows how to make you feel welcomed."

"Great space for our family. Loved the rooftop and beach access. It was centrally located to a lot of sights we wanted to see on PR. Could use some more tourist friendly restaurants near by, but plenty of great options 15 minutes away. "

"Stayed here with my family for spring break . This condo is such a value for the money . It is truly just steps to the beach or pool of your choice . The beach is very private, and feels safe. There are plenty of shady places too which is uncommon. The condo itself has very comfortable furniture, and the beds are firm but very nice. The balcony is very spacious, and has seating for at least 10 people if needed . Balcony overlooks the ocean and warm pool. Aquatika is a pretty large complex. When we visited the lazy river was empty and under construction. All other pools were open and very clean. All water features , including the water slide, only run at certain time on Saturday and Sunday. The complex is very quiet during the week and is a lot busier on the weekend. Our unit was equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs , beach towels, balls for volleyball, and basketball . Tennis supplies are included as well . They have thought of everything . The area of Loíza is not a real tourist area and you will definitely want to get groceries . We found that even a lot of local options were only open limited hours and weekends only. There is a Walmart 15 min away, and a little convenience store immediately outside the complex. We personally did a grocery pick up, and hit that convenience store when needed. Loiza is a perfect location to see El Yunque, Fajardi, Luquilllo, and San Juan . I highly recommend this unit and Aquatika."

"Property is in a great location to access El Yunque and east coast activities. Very quiet and secure area where the condos are, grounds were very clean and well maintained. Access to a nice beach with not many people. 1 pool was under renovation but there are 3 others available so this wasn’t an issue. Condo is clean, AC’s all work well and laundry included. Good value for the rate.. I would stay here again. "

"We loved the beach and pools were really nice, enjoyed having access to beach chairs and boogie boards in our unit. Spacious enough for 6 people. We felt safe on property and it was easy to park and get to fun destinations with our rental car."

"We really enjoyed our week long stay! It was a little scary arriving in the dark, narrow roads and off the beaten path. But in the light of day we could appreciate Loiza more. Convenient to beaches, great food, San Juan and highways to anywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was well equipped and perfect for a family. "

"Listing sleeps 8 and claimed a "fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances" yet there were 4 spoons, 5 bowls, 6 dinner plates, a set of pots too small to cook noodles for more than 2 people at a time, and no baking sheets/pans of any kind so the oven was unusable even to cook frozen pizza. The bottom of the oven is literally rusted out and one of the main stove burners only went to HIGH regardless of temp knob setting - and then did not turn off when the dial was returned to OFF! Had to jiggle the dial vigorously before it finally clicked off. I reported this safety hazard and was asked not to use that burner anymore. No one came to fix or disable the burner. Only one bed was made up with sheets and blankets when we arrived despite registering 5 people; only one small washcloth was hanging in each bathroom with no bath towels at all. When I complained and more sheets were delivered, there were only enough for a second room, not all 3. One of the bunkbeds was broken and sharp, rusty rod was exposed.No beach key was left in the apartment and the code for the lockbox outside had to be reset before we could access it so we lost our first 2 days of walking to the beach rather than driving. Additionally, our reservation information was not shared with Aquatika in a timely enough manner for them to be prepared for our arrival so we were forced to wait outside the gate for 45mins when we arrived. When I asked for a refund Otium stopped communicating entirely."
