Aquatika 7402 ocean view! - 3 bdrm condo - steps from beach!

This three-bedroom, two-bath condo for rent in the San Juan area boasts an ocean view and impressive amenities. Located at the beach front end of the Aquatika condo complex, this vacation home offers excellent accommodations and sleeps up to 8 guests.

Step out onto the glass-front balcony to see the ocean and main pool, both of which are just steps away. Swim in the many pools including a 'Rio Loco,' or Crazy River, lounge in the club house entertainment area, play tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, or mini golf.

Need a break from all the sun? Well, relax in this clean, contemporary condo with stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV's in all rooms; cable television, free WiFi; read or play a board game!

Our on-site manager or his designee will meet you at a pre-arranged location and let you follow him to our unit where he will take a few minutes to familiarize you to the unit, the fabulous condo complex and the location of the 2 assigned parking spaces. You will receive a parking pass, the keys to the unit and beach gate, individual pool bracelets, our WiFi password, and our on-site manager's contact information - in case of emergencies. You are then free to settle in, pour yourself a cool drink, have a seat on the balcony, and make yourself at home!

Be sure to take advantage of all the excellent amenities at Aquatika while admiring the beautiful beach; gorgeous palm trees and lush landscape.

Throughout the complex, you will find multiple pools - including a “Rio Loco” or crazy river, water slides, water falls, clubhouse, tennis courts, basketball court, beach volleyball court, mini golf, jacuzzi and several play areas for the little ones.

A vacation condo with living and dining areas, a kitchen, laundry room, private bedrooms, and a balcony provides more space at considerable less cost than a cramped hotel room. What a bargain!

Please be advised - Due to association rules, all guests allowed in the complex must be pre-registered and have a bracelet (need be included in your total guest count on your booking). No unregistered guests / visitors will be allowed, even if not using the pools. Guests are required to follow all condominium association rules and local laws. Any fines incurred during your stay will be the responsibility of the renter.

Great Family vacation
We had a great stay! We enjoyed the pools and easy beach access. It was a bit far from shopping and more well known restaurants, but we didn’t mind the drive. We would have liked to use the water slide and other features at the pools, but unfortunately they were not turned on during the duration of our stay. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend to larger family groups looking for swimming and private beach access. JC was a great host.

Nice place overall to stay for our group of 3. The size was just right. Lovely to sit on balcony and have a view of the beach. Love the private beach. Definitely need a car as nothing is really in walking distance. Not many chairs at the pools, not sure if that’s seasonal. Juan Carlos was a pleasure to meet and interact with. Met us at the place and showed us around the rooms and gave some suggestions of places to go. We would stay here again.

We recently stayed and had an excellent time. We were met by the manager, Juan Carlos, who immediately made us feel welcome. He gave us tour of the condo and an overview of what was nearby. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed and then some. The owner has definitely put the time and effort into making sure you have a good experience. We will come back to the same unit.

The best place ever!
I was impressed with everything! Juan Carlos is a friendly helpful host and made himself available any time. The rooms were clean and well equipped from the kitchen to laundry room and bedrooms. Lots of extras we were surprised and delighted with. Highly recommend 10 stars!!!

Our best family vacation yet!
From the moment we booked this trip almost a year ago it was seamless. We have a family of six and have been wanting to go to Puerto Rico for quite a long time. We truly feel like we found the greatest condo ever to stay in an and my family had a wonderful time. JC was on the property and answered every question we had almost instantly he was so friendly and it really made us feel at home. The house had everything we could’ve imagined from beach, toys and pool floats. My kids truly had everything they needed. We want to make this an annual trip and we will do everything possible to pick this location every time we come back to Puerto Rico.

Enjoyed our stay at aquatika in apt 7402. Property was clean and walking distance from the beach. PM and owner very responsive. Landscaping was immaculate. Two things to consider: infinity pool not heated and unusable during our stay given water temp. There is nothing walking distance from this property and you definitely need a car

Off to a bit of rough start with community having no water supply - but resolved in one day. Property manager "jose" extremely helpful. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Unit is perfect location to pool and beach! Very well stocked with beach supplies. Pools and grounds well maintained. Convenient location to San juan and rain forest. Car is needed. Enjoyable visit!

Fabulous Tropical Getaway
We came to Puerto Rico with several other families for Spring Break with other families in other units of Aquatika. It was a great location not far from the rainforest or other island destinations and the apartment was well maintained and had everything we needed for our trip and more. Personal check in was amazing. We home to come back!

This beachfront condo is great! It was just what we wanted! We would definitely stay here again. Just as a heads up, there is only air conditioning in the bedrooms and not in the main room. Though there is an oscillating fan.

We enjoyed our stay at Aquatika. Juan Carlos was an awesome host. He greeted us at the entrance on Day 1, he gave us a tour of yhe grounds & the apt., he suggested places to eat & visit. The apt. was clean & very well equipped. Having beach access was fantastic. Everything is close by about 15 minute drive. Location was very close to most attractions in Puerto Rico. We visited El Yunque, Quiñonoes, luquillo, old san juan, house of Bacardi & ATV riding at carabali.

The overall experience was great.
Aquatika is generally great. The pools are cleaned daily and the property is well maintained. The pool that was supposed to be heated was not, but it was warmed by the sun. The hot tub was not working. The unit is as it was described. The kitchen is very well stocked in terms of pots and pans and there are so many great toys for kids. Our grandbaby was delighted. The location of Aquatika is perfect...easy access to restaurants and to El Yunque. The only real problems were that the couch in the unit was very uncomfortable (Laura indicated that it is being replaced) and the screen door kept coming off its track (again Laura indicated that this is being replaced). Beds are comfortable and the layout is perfect for our family. We hope to be renting the unit again next year!

Fantastic Vacay
Loved the location to beach (steps away from condo) restaurant and bar across the street. Condo had plenty of great beach chairs and all the equipment you need to play golf basketball pool. Best beach I’ve been on for shade and being able to stay out most of the day ! Juan Carlos was very helpful and was so sweet to gift us with a Rosary! Have been praying for him and family! JC it was neat to share your Rosary with the residents at the assistant living that I say the Rosary. Blessings and peace to you and family! We will be back! We have fallen in love with Puerto Rico

Very satisfied
We stayed at the property for 10 days, and really appreciated having the extra space and amenities. The kitchen was very well stocked, and there were tons of pool and beach toys. Security seemed very good, and we felt safe at all times. The only "negatives": - it's a bit separate from the main tourist areas... There aren't really restaurants within walking distance. - the bathrooms are pretty small. Not a huge deal. - the power went out twice while we were there, once for about 3 hours and once for more than 5. We just headed out to the beach, but i missed my morning coffee! Overall, very nice property with everything you need. We would definitely stay again!

Apartment was very clean and JC the property manager was very responsive. Had issue with a lack of hot water. JC worked to replace the water heater. Overall the living room and bathrooms were much smaller than expected. Pictures seem to make them appear larger than they actually were. Living room furniture also needs replaced as you could feel the wood frames of the chairs. Complex area is well taken care of. Not sure how safe it really is if you walk off the complex. All in all it was a good base point.

Great quiet complex out of the city!
Loved our stay at Aquatika! Juan Carlos met us and checked us in early and was very helpful. When we stayed the first week of December the complex was quiet and the grounds were well kept. Loved playing with all the lizards around the beach and pools. The condo was clean and had plenty of kitchen equipment, pots, pans, toaster, great blender, and plastic for the kids. However, there were no staples other than salt and paper. We went shopping at Walmart and Ralph’s for food and it cost about $500 for the week for 5 adults and a baby. There were beach chairs, toys, snorkel equipment in the closets (even tho we brought our masks). Kids toys, and games were handy. The beach right off the condo was lovely! Water was warm and the waves were fun to play with. Felt very safe in the neighborhood, and frequented a loca restaurant and a couple kiosk for local food nearby. We did, however, hear a lot of gun fire (not fireworks) the morning before we left. Not a big deal for us, but we wouldn’t recommend walking the surrounding neighborhoods. We loved our stay! It was a fantastic location for us.

Amazing Condo!
We spent an amazing week in this condo. The condo has all the essentials you can think of that you're able to borrow. The beds, floaties, dishes, blender, washer, dryer, games the list goes on and on , its ALL quality. Ocean and pool view! There's about 6 pools. The pool with the slides is just a few steps away, which our kids were able to enjoy. The lazy river we drove to and park in visitor parking, mainly because we went miniature golf also, that is toward front of property. We took chairs , cooler and towels (which is provided) to the front which is also we were steps away from the sand. We toured the island from San Juan tours, ferry to Bacardi tour, Cabeza De San Juan, Luquillo were we saw 7 ft turtle laying eggs in sand and also saw about 35 3 inch turtles just being hatched, visited family and ate lots of amazing food. The only negative was, at the moment there's a drought in PR and in many cities there's no water sometimes, yet in Loiza, it wasn't the whole day, we were able to manage. This is something the condo owners can't do anything about, this is throughput many places in PR not only in Loiza. I most definitely recommend this condo!
