"A generally good hotel with good rooms, excellent buffet breakfast, nice small pool and well located for the touristy places around the area. Service could be a little bit better; I email them twice before arriving to ask whether there was a kettle in the room and never got a reply and trying to get a refund for unused services was made much more complicated and stressful than it may have been. That aside it was a pretty good stay. "

"welcome good but during the stay difficult to call on. the property is very well located, close to public transport trains, bus, beach, bakery & mini mart. this we had to find out for our self. the info folder only listed eateries. property clean but musty. contact with host not as web page different names! no instructions on TV functions & don't think are any english programs anyway. "It's a great little apartment a five-minute walk from Sao Joao do Estoril train station with lots of light, one side faces east and the other one west with large windows. Everything worked and the beds were comfy. José, the property manager, was super helpful and gracious. The problem we had was with the cleanliness, esp. in the living area (dining room and living room). "Great stay in Estoril. Close to Cascais, Sintra and an easy drive into Lisbon. Neighborhood feels super safe, beds are very nice. No issues with hot water and there is also a dryer. Of note there is construction going on across from the property, they start work about 8:00 am—-which wasn’t an issue for us but if you want to sleep until noon it might be necessary to close windows or use earplugs. Hosts very responsive, although we didn’t have any issues that needed their help. . Would stay again ...
